European Research Council Invites Consolidator Grant Submissions
A critical source of funding for continuing your research and career in Europe
The European Research Council (ERC) has opened its call for applications to its Consolidator Grants funding program. This grant offers researchers the opportunity to establish a research team and career in Europe. This opportunity is intended for early to mid-career researchers with 7-12 years of experience since completing their PhD. Researchers should have a strong scientific track record having produced several important publications as main author and present an excellent research proposal.
Interested applicants should identify a host institution located in an EU Member State or associated country (PDF link). Consolidator Grants can award up to € 2 million for a 5-year period with additional funds available for start-up costs where applicable.
The deadline for the 2022 open call is March 17, 2022.
