Fellow Eligibility Inquiry
Thank you for taking the first step in the fellow nomination process. To check the eligibility of your nominee, please complete this short form. As a reminder, eligibility for nomination will require an individual to have been a member of APS for 3 of the previous 4 years (i.e., for a nomination submitted in 2024, the nominee must have been a member during at least 3 calendar years since January 1, 2021).
A staff member will follow up with the eligibility status of your nominee within two business days.
