Registration Discounts
Early-Bird Discount
Register before Monday, September 23, 2024, 5:00 PM EDT (21:00 UTC), and save with early-bird rates. Regular registration rates are available until October 24, 2024.
APS Member Discount
Current APS membership is required to be eligible for member rates. You can join or renew your membership while you register for the Global Summit.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be available to all attendees who have paid in full after the Global Summit ends on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 8:30 PM (01:30 AM UTC).
- Step One: Please log in to the APS website using the email address and password you used to create your profile and purchase registration.
- Step Two: Select “My Profile” and proceed to the “Purchases” tab (it is the fourth tab to the right of Overview).
- Step Three: Under the “Purchases” tab, click on the “Events” label (it is the sixth one in the selection beginning with Recent Orders). There, you will see in the “Registered Events” section, the event you attended, featuring: “‘Event Name’, Your Name, The Date You Registered, Event Start/End Date, and a blue button named ‘Details’”.
- Step Four: Select “Details” (blue button), and on the next page under ‘Event Attendees’, you will see a blue button titled ‘Download Certificate’. Click that button, and in the following prompt, press okay and download the certificate.
Receipt for Registration
Open your APS profile and go to the purchase option to view, print, or resend your receipt.
*Reduced Rates for APS Members in Developing Countries
Reduced registration rates are available to all APS members living in countries defined as low and lower middle income by the World Bank. These rates are automatically applied during the registration process. If you are not already an APS member, reduced membership dues rates are available to scientists in countries defined as low and lower middle income. These are automatically applied during the membership join process. See the APS Membership page for more information.
Groups Attending the Global Summit
APS does not offer discounted registration rates for groups for the Global Summit.

Guest Policy
There will be no guest registration for the APS 2024 Global Summit.
Cancellations & Refund Requests
No refunds will be offered for the Global Summit, and no substitutions will be accepted.
Access to the Global Summit is strictly limited to the registered individual. Sharing your event credentials or event content is prohibited.
