Student Programming at the 2025 APS Annual Convention

APS is pleased to offer special programming for students at the APS Annual Convention. Hosted by the APS Student Caucus, APSSC panels and events are designed to be fun and informative, featuring voices from various backgrounds, industries, and disciplines. The APSSC Executive Board develops this programming each year, keeping the content up to date and relevant for students.

In the coming months, APSSC will be publishing the complete schedule of student programming sessions for the 2025 APS Annual Convention. All updates will be posted on this webpage, so please check back regularly for comprehensive details on each session. The bulk of student programming happens on Friday, May 23, with student panels happening throughout the morning and afternoon.

View the programming lineup for the 2024 Annual Convention. You can expect panels to be near these same subject areas and encompassing these same goals. Some panels, such as the “How to Get Published” panel, are held each year.
