2025 APS Annual Convention Presenter Checklist

All Other Accepted Submission Scheduling Information Has Been Sent.

Please Be Sure to Complete the Following Items Before the Convention: 

✅Confirm your Participation – Before March 15, 2025, in the APS Speaker Center

• Please use the personalized link included in your acceptance notification.   

✅Register for the Convention – All presenters must register by May 1, 2025

• Register by April 10 and save with the Early-bird registration fees.
• All individuals planning to present at the Convention must register and pay all appropriate registration fees.  
• No one, including presenters and authors, will be permitted into any Convention session without registering.

✅Become an APS Member

• APS Membership is not required to submit, present, and author a submission or attend the APS Annual Convention. 
• Being a member of APS offers you a significant discount on registration and directly benefits you and your career. 
• We encourage you to join or renew your APS membership today to take advantage of these membership benefits. Please visit the APS Membership page to learn more. 

✅Reserve Your Hotel Room 

• The Convention will be held at the Washington Hilton hotel, where room rates have been discounted for APS attendees.
• Visit the APS website for more information about travel to Washington, D.C. 

✅Review the APS Code of Conduct 

• APS expects all attendees and presenters to adhere to this code of conduct.
• This policy applies to all individuals participating in and affiliated with an APS event.     

✅Spread the Word about Your Presentation! 

• Use #aps25dc on Bluesky. Get excited about APS 2025!
