We will continue to monitor and adjust our plans and attendee requirements according to recommendations by experts at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, and local health officials, including vaccine requirements, mask mandates, and social distancing. We will update the website with additional information on COVID-19 safety recommendations as we draw closer to the Convention.

Symposia are 80-minute sessions, inclusive of discussion and Q&A among presenters and the audience.
Posters are scheduled within 50-minute poster sessions. Poster presenters may set up their poster before the session begins during the posted setup times. If your poster proposal is accepted, the scheduling notice you receive will include the time for both the poster session and setup.
Flash talks presenters will present their research in a five-minute talk with slides.
