Accessibility Overlay
The online platform, powered by Webex Events, offers an optional overlay with selectable accessibility profiles and adjustments, powered by a third-party AI solution. More information regarding how to activate the accessibility overlay will be provided closer to the event when the platform is finalized. (Please note that these options are only available on the webapp version and not the mobile app.)
- Secure Safe Profile – eliminates flashes and reduces color
- Vison Impaired Profile – enhances the website’s visuals
- Cognitive Disability Profile – assists with reading and focusing
- ADHD Friendly Profile – more focus and fewer distractions
- Blind Users (Screen-reader) – use the website with your screen-reader
- Keyboard Navigation (Motor) – use the website with the keyboard
Closed Captions
The online platform, powered by Webex Events, includes free unlimited access to closed captions and translations in over 30 languages, only for our plenary panel sessions. More information regarding how to activate the closed captions will be provided closer to the event when the platform is finalized. For poster presentations, closed captions in your language will be available by clicking on the presenter’s YouTube or Vimeo video, not through the platform.
