The APS Student Caucus (APSSC) is a representative body of the student members of the Association for Psychological Science. All APS student members are members of the APSSC by default, and have voting rights within it.
As such, the APSSC is committed to the goals of that organization, which are to promote, protect, and advance the interests of scientifically oriented psychology in research, application, and the improvement of human welfare. Further, the Caucus seeks to enhance the professional development of its members and improve the education of the science of psychology.
Valuable tools and resources support students pursuing degrees in psychology or related fields. Opportunities to present research, apply for awards and grants, publish, establish connections, get career advice, volunteer, and much more!
If you are in a post-baccalaureate program and applying to graduate school you qualify for the graduate student member level. Learn more and join today.
Review for three different student only competitions, crafted and administered by the APSSC Executive Board. Reviewers work closely with the Student Award Officer and/or Graduate Advocate to vet and score submissions based on specific criteria.
